Chris Daly is an SEI veteran with a thorough understanding of call center operations and business development. Ms. Daly previously served as Senior Vice President, Operations, in which role she was responsible for the delivery of service worldwide. Previously, she served as Vice President, Business Development and Planning, with responsibilities that included delivering launch of BMW Assist voice services in Olching, Germany. She also led the creation of work-at-home capabilities for the McDonald’s Customer Order Center and integrated diverse functions to ensure successful service delivery.

Prior to this, she was Vice President of Business Development for the Verety McDonald’s Customer Order Center and was responsible for establishing relationships with key clients and strategic partners. Prior to joining Verety, Ms. Daly was Manager, Corporate Communications, at SEI. Before joining SEI, Ms. Daly was a Marketing Manager at CareerBuilder.com (formerly called Headhunter.net).

Ms. Daly holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism from the University of Missouri-Columbia and an MBA with a concentration in operations management from DePaul University (Chicago).
