Alicia Hagen
Senior Computer Technician


Alicia Hagen is a Senior Computer Technician in SEI's Fargo location, and she recently celebrated her third anniversary with the company. Since joining SEI as a Level 1 help desk technician, Alicia has quickly progressed through the organization, taking on increased responsibilities and technical challenges. Alicia's positive attitude, determination, and technical skills enable her to be effective in finding the best solution for the customer. Often challenging the status quo and thinking out of the box, Alicia has been instrumental in continuously improving the work process, making her a great asset to SEI and many customers.

Russell Hutton
Customer Care Supervisor


Russell Hutton joined SEI's team in the United Kingdom as a Senior Customer Care agent. His technical experience, personal initiative, and dedication to making customers happy quickly propelled him into the supervisory role that he currently holds. Russell is proud of his contributions to the successful implementation of new proprietary PC POS technology throughout the customer's restaurant system in the United Kingdom. Russell is convinced that the professional growth he has achieved while at SEI has brought him one step closer to his dream of becoming a CEO.


Zoltan Kozak
Supervisor, BMW Desk



Zoltan Kozak started with SEI in January 2007 as a Supervisor on the BMW Desk. As it was a brand new position, his main focus was to get the desk up and running. In January 2008, he was promoted to Lead Supervisor of the desk. This year, he is strongly focused on improving his team's quality in order to win worldwide support. Prior to joining SEI, he managed market research projects for three and a half years and led a small group of research analysts. Zoltan has also spent some time working as a business analyst at National Instruments, an Austin- based company that is a manufacturer in the measurement and automation industry and was focusing on process improvement within the European marketing department. He uses his previous work experience in his day-to-day work at SEI.



Holly Haugen
Supervisor, Chat Team


Holly joined SEI in 2004 as an Inside Sales Executive focusing on proactive campaign calling. Success in this role led her into the Inside Sales Operations team where she expanded her capabilities handling customer inquiries via telephone and chat. After quickly mastering the solution selling skills necessary to be successful in the chat environment, Holly began to lead the chat team as an Inside Sales Supervisor, Chat. In this role she has expand her skills through tools, training, and an ongoing support system. The fast paced dynamic organization has allowed her to advance her career, fine-tune her problem-solving skills, and helped guide her development. Her proven track record in not only sales positions, but in leadership has helped instill confidence in her professional and personal life. She attributes her success to "the friendly, inviting, and supportive atmosphere coupled with ongoing learning, and the camaraderie of the SEI environment".

Jim Aadland
Project Specialist


Jim joined SEI in 2003 as an Inside Sales Executive on the Microsoft Account. During his tenure, Jim has had the opportunity to see the account expand from 30 people qualifying Microsoft Business Solutions applications to 165-plus working in a diverse variety of Microsoft roles. Jim helped pilot the original Dynamics EC tPAM team and is now working with Microsoft as a Project Specialist for Dynamics Public Sector Marketing. Jim's work in keeping up with Microsoft, their products and competencies has been a valuable resource in assisting our Managers with new hires as well as expanding his capabilities as the account grows. Jim has a B.S. from Minnesota State University - Moorhead and has qualified over 1000+ sales opportunities while outbound calling as well as being one of the charter members of the SEI Top Dog Award for Performance.

LuAnn Erickson
tPAM


LuAnn Erickson started her SEI career in 2006 for Microsoft Inside Sales team focused on opportunity generation. Her skills quickly allowed her to leverage her expanded capabilities by supporting a new initiative as a Tele Partner Account Manager (tPAM). LuAnn has excelled in this development, receiving numerous regional and national awards and accolades from her partners and the client. Her zest for account exploration and business development has her well positioned for further career development.

Scott Davidson
Supervisor, tPAM


Since joining the SEI team in 2004, Scott has been able to grow his career as SEI has grown its relationship with Microsoft. He started as an Inside Sales Account Executive as part of the inside sales team and gained the confidence to be a successful sales person through the art of Solution Selling. In the spring of 2006 Scott advanced to an Inside Sales Supervisor working within the East Region. This skill development set him up for the next move in his career as he transitioned his leadership skills to encompus the Partner Services portion of SEI's portfolio. As a Tele-Partner Account Manager Supervisor he has been able to develop the partner management skills of the tPAM team. Scott is excited to see what type of opportunities for development the future holds as our client relationship expands.





Corey Prull
Manager, Partner Services/Software Asset Management


Corey joined SEI in 2003 as an Inside Sales Representative qualifying software sales leads. He quickly became a resident expert in software licensing, a niche he would eventually parlay into a role as a sales call coach where his efforts helped develop new and existing talent. Today, he oversees the Partner Services and Software Asset Management operations for one of SEI's key clients. His responsibilities include service delivery, personnel development, and program innovation among others.

I value SEI for its people-centric perspective. SEI's clients are some of the largest companies in the world, and in order to be in business with clients of this caliber SEI must have something working for them. And what they have working for them is a talented workforce. Savvy to the importance of their people, SEI strives to continuously challenge them in pursuit of developing the business by developing the people.

Steve Fredrickson
Senior Supervisor


Steve has been with SEI since November 2002, starting as a sales representative in our customer's Canada location. Proving himself as a start with abilities to motivate others, Steve has successfully served in various management and leadership roles.

His posts have included Management of a West Regional outbound telesales team, management of Inbound and Chat teams, and management of two area teams. Steve has also provided mentorship to new supervisors and has most recently been an innovator in our training and on-boarding process as the Readiness Manager.

Prior to SEI, Steve built a wealth of experiences in over ten years of sales and retail management experience.
